1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ScoutGol (scoutgol.com and app.scoutgol.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. ScoutGol is operated as an independent product (ABN 74 330 826 281). Contact: hello@scoutgol.com.

2. Description of Service

ScoutGol is an AI-powered football player scouting platform that allows users to search for real football players from multiple leagues using natural language queries. The service provides AI-generated scout reports, player statistics, skill ratings, and shortlisting tools. ScoutGol is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any football club, league, or governing body.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use ScoutGol. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

ScoutGol offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ('Paddle'), who acts as Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. All prices are in USD. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be submitted to hello@scoutgol.com and will be reviewed individually. 6. Free Plan Limitations

Free plan users are subject to daily search limits as displayed in the application. Limits reset at midnight UTC. Search history is not saved for free plan users. ScoutGol reserves the right to modify free plan limits at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access other users' accounts; scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from ScoutGol; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or data; resell or redistribute ScoutGol data or reports without written permission; use the service to build a competing product.

8. AI-Generated Content

Scout reports, skill ratings, and player assessments are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. ScoutGol does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. Do not rely on ScoutGol data for professional scouting decisions without independent verification.

9. Player Data

Player statistics are sourced from third-party data providers and may not be 100% accurate or up to date. ScoutGol does not guarantee the accuracy of any player data. Player names, clubs, and league affiliations are used for identification purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

ScoutGol, its logo, design, and all original content are owned by ScoutGol (ABN 74 330 826 281). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. AI-generated scout reports displayed through ScoutGol may not be reproduced or republished commercially.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

ScoutGol is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoutGol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
