Refund Policy
ScoutGol offers a free plan so you can evaluate the product before subscribing. We encourage you to explore the free tier before upgrading.
Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Exceptional circumstances: If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical issue or exceptional circumstance, please contact hello@scoutgol.com within 7 days of your charge. We review requests individually and reserve the right to approve or decline at our discretion.
Payment disputes: Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. If you have a dispute about a charge, you may also contact Paddle directly.
Changes to pricing: We will give 30 days notice before changing subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will not be affected until their next renewal after the notice period.
